Our story
Luciens has been a household name in the centre of Amsterdam for many years. Luciens opened its doors in 1995. We strive daily to provide a friendly, sincere and fast service, but above all delicious food in the centre of Amsterdam.
Here you can enjoy traditional pancakes all day long. You can start the day with a good cup of coffee, followed by a tasty lunch in the heart of Amsterdam, and then end the day with a cosy dinner in our lively establishment. On sunny days you can find a nice spot on our terrace and order a drink and a pancake while watching the passers-by.
You can, of course, also join us for a drink throughout the day.
After a day of shopping in Kalverstraat or visiting the famous Nine Streets area (de 9 Straatjes), we offer the ideal place to sit down for a well-deserved moment of rest. The dynamic space accommodates intimate groups, families with children as well as larger groups
